Kenz & Energetic Solver provides an image recognition and text extraction API service. Our platform connects customers who need assistance with image-based challenges with human workers who provide solutions. We act solely as an intermediary platform facilitating this data processing service.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
- One person or entity may only have one customer account
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Credits purchased are non-refundable
- Unused balance cannot be converted back to money
- Account termination does not entitle you to a refund
- Service disruptions do not qualify for refunds
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
5. User Responsibility & Indemnification
You are solely responsible for how you use our service.
- You represent that you have the legal right to submit any images or data to our service
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service in your jurisdiction
- You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine the legality of your intended use
- Kenz & Energetic Solver does not monitor, control, or endorse how customers use the solutions provided
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kenz & Energetic Solver from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the service
By using our service, you accept full legal responsibility for your actions and their consequences.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
7. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through our approved payment methods
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- You are charged only for successfully solved captchas
- Failed solves are not charged to your account
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any remaining balance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kenz & Energetic Solver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for any actions taken by users with the solutions provided
- We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of solutions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days
- We are not liable for any third-party claims arising from your use of the service
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kenz & Energetic Solver operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Kenz & Energetic Solver.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
